• Delivery at home: 5€; or free of charge for orders higher than 100€
• Pick up in one of the abilitated Brums stores in Italy: free of charge for orders higher then 40€
• Returns from Italy with pick up at home: free of charge

You can buy online and pick-up your order in one of the abilitated Brums stores in Italy. You will receive an email when your order is ready for the picku-up in the store you chose.

• Average delivery time for pick-up orders: 5 working days
• Average delivery time for at-home delivery in Italy: according to geographical areas as illustrated in the table

Order tracking

As your order leaves our store, you will receive the email confirmation by SDA courier containing the link for the tracking of your parcel.

Delivery at home

• SDA courier will make 3 delivery attempts in 3 consecutive working days leaving on your mailbox a receipt of tentative delivery.
• If no attempt goes ok, your order will come back to our store and you will be contacted by the Customer Service in order to find the best solution.

Note: orders paid by credit card, paypal and cash on delivery will be shipped the same day of order confirmation.
