The following is stated in compliance with the new rules for the protection of personal data. Data is processed complying with the principles of correctness, legality and transparency, so your privacy and rights will be respected. Data supplied to Preca Brummel S.p.a., during the contracts or for the presentation of offers, will be processed manually or electronically only for the following purposes:

a) to comply with civil, tax and accounting laws, for the administrative management of the contract; to comply with contract obligations; to support and give information about the services you have gained;

b) information on future initiatives and new services (supplied by the company or by external consultants).

The data described in point a) are processed by our employees, collaborators and external consultants if they are working to execute the task assigned to us. It must be stressed here that the data listed in point a) is required for the execution of the contract. It is not compulsory for the purposes listed in point b). If you refuse to supply the data for those purposes we will not be able to guarantee you are informed of the developments of our services.

The company guarantees that data processed with electronic or IT systems will still be processed with tools that guarantee safety and confidentiality. Treatment of personal data, within the limits of and complying with law 196/2003, can include any or all the following operations: collection, registration, organisation, storing, processing, modification, extraction, comparison, use, interconnection, blocking, communication, deletion, destruction. The Company in charge of personal data is PrecaBrummel S.p.a., registered office in Carnago, Via Galliano n. 21, Tel +39 0331988111, that will use it for the purposes listed above.

The owner of the data has the following rights over the company treating said data, as stated in art. 7 of the Lgs. Decree no 196/2003, shown below:

1. The concerned person has the right to know if data concerning him/her exist, even if they have not been filed properly yet, and to receive a copy which is comprehensible.

2. The concerned person has the right to know:

a) the source of the personal data;

b) the purposes of the data and how they will be processed;

c) how processing with IT systems occurs;

d) the details (name, surname etc) of data managers, data officers and data representatives appointed according to article 5, paragraph 2;

e) the subjects and the categories of subjects that may be given the data or may learn of them in their role of appointed representatives in Italy, of officers or managers.

3. The concerned person has the right to:

a) have the data updated, changed and, if it is in his/her interest to do so, integrated;

b) have the data deleted or made anonymous or blocked if the data is not processed complying with the law, including data which does not need to be stored for the purposes it was collected for and processed for;

c) ask and receive a certificate stating that the people who have received and been transmitted the data have been informed of the operations listed in a) and b), unless it is impossible to do so or if the means required to do so are considerably more expensive or require considerably more effort than respecting the right.

4. The concerned person has the right to oppose, partly or totally: a) to the processing of data concerning him/her for legitimate reasons, even if said reasons are connected to the purposes the data were collected for; b) to the processing of data concerning him/her for the purpose of sending advertising material, direct sales, market surveys or commercial communication.

As soon as this information leaflet has been received, the consent to treatment of personal data for the purposes listed in point a) will be considered granted, unless the person concerned denies that consent and informs the company in writing.
